Sucker rod is a long and thin rod piece used in oil pumping unit for transmitting power. It is a part of the drill string which is connected to the major rod on its top and to the oil well pump at is bottom. This product is a tube or tubular tool with its ends threaded. It is composed of drilling bit, drill collar, specialized sub and kelly. Our products in this category include hollow sucker rod, high strength rod and couplings. 1. The materials of these products are processed by CNC (computer numerical control) lathe and are heat treated.
2. The materials of the sucker rods have the characters of high strength, good toughness, superior rigidity and reliability.
3. A single rod is about 6 m in length. Many rods are connected one by one through threaded couplings to reach the piston at the underground reservoir.
4. Hollow sucker rod is used for exploring thickened oil and the crude oil of high solidification point. Chemicals and hot oils can be directly injected into the inner hole of this rod to increase the viscosity of the oil and the paraffin deposit in the well. This product can withstand large torque, so it can be used to drive downhole screw pump.
5. The high strength sucker rod is one strength degree higher than ordinary ones.
6. The couplings are made of high quality alloy steel and have undergone advanced heat treatment. Couplings that suit all sizes of rods are available.

Sucker rods are used for connecting the pumping unit at wellhead and oil pump underground. They are widely applied in the exploration and extraction of oil.
